1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Master Software Solutions LLC (“Master Software Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with the EstimateMaster application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, business name, email address, phone number, and password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Business & estimate content — customer details, property addresses, line items, pricing, measurements, uploaded photos, generated renderings, and documents you create in the Service.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we retain only limited tokens and transaction metadata.
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected automatically to operate and improve the Service.
- AI inputs & outputs — the prompts, photos, and descriptions you submit to Carl and Design Studio, and the estimates and renderings they generate.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
- Generate AI-assisted estimates, measurements, and renderings you request;
- Process payments and prevent fraud;
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;
- Analyze usage to improve features, reliability, and performance; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. AI & Third-Party Processors
To deliver core features we share limited data with trusted service providers acting on our behalf, including AI model providers, aerial-measurement providers, cloud hosting, and payment processing. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not authorize our AI providers to use your content to train their public foundation models except as needed to deliver your requested results.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below, subject to limited legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between companies. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
